The following Terms of Service between you and Luxcorp Pty Ltd. describes the terms and conditions on which you may access and use the Luxcorp-inc.com marketplace website and related services including, but not limited to a minimum of 1 product purchase required. By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and are minimum 18 years old.

1.About our Product/Service
A. Introduction: since we Internationally source and order our bespoke premium crafted liquor products and champagnes

Through the luxcorp-inc.com website, we aim to give you access to our exclusive brands and products dedicated to producing high quality premium liquor products. We are committed to sourcing the best in class brands for your and use of product. As business growth occurs, we aim to include a number of additional services.

B. Mobile Charges
To the extent you access the Services through a mobile or wireless device, your carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply.

C. Modification of the Services or the Terms
Luxcorp may modify these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the products and services at any time for any reason. However, Luxcorp will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on the Site.

General Conditions
ORDERS – Orders are to be placed online as per site directive.

Upon acceptance an invoice will be generated. Order will only be processed once proof of payment has been received.

LIMITS – You acknowledge and agree that we may place limits on purchase of Products, including but not limited to minimum 1 bottle restricting orders placed under a single payment card or billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit purchases for any reason, including but not limited to availability concerns.

DELIVERY – All deliveries will be processed as per order and payment received.

Delivery will be made to the address stipulated. The delivery will be made as per your stipulated address The delivery order can’t be changed once the order has been placed, as the information has already been sent to our suppliers for processing.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the following working day. Deliveries will not be made over a weekend or public holiday.

If delivery has not been received within the delivery time period, please go onto the website and check track order or contact our information desk at info@luxcorpinc.com

Returns between Luxcorp and customers.

1.If there is no issue with the product as per above, Luxcorp will process your return, please call us on +27 61 986 1090 or please email info@luxcorp–inc.com

2.General Exchanges – if there is no issue to product as per above, but the customer would still like to make a modification, please contact exchange@luxcorp–inc.com

CANCELLATION POLICY – Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid for.

MEANS OF PAYMENT – You may pay via EFT, Debit/Credit Card on our payment gateway options provided.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS – In a situation that you find that your product is damaged/not operational or not as per order upon receipt, please immediately alert us via email at info@luxcorp–inc.com

Damage will be assessed prior to refund/exchange being processed.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content on the Luxcorp website including write up’s, imagery, video’s is owned by the brand owners we work exclusively with for as it appears on their individual websites and and by Luxcorp.

Payment Policy
